Guess I shouldnt say tokenized but instead recorded. All big purchases like a house, car, I dunno boat and so on is all recorded in some manner regardless of using cash(still coming from bank in an ach trfr; aint no brief case of cash lol) or debt or at least here in the states. RWA protocol can be used more to ledger it. Provide a tokenized digital deed or receipt to the paper/original version of recorded transaction.
Everything can be tokenized. Study RWA (real world assets) is a big narrative this cycle. Not big beliver tho cause everything already is just not digitally
